Local retail business are on the lookout for a progressive Finance Admin to join their team.

Client Details

Our client are a local retail brand currently experiencing a large period of growth following a number of acquisitions within the UK and US markets.

Description

Finance Admin Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send submission of completed jobs to Client for payment
  • Assist when necessary with calculating and loading site Operatives wages
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Collecting Monthly Sales Reports
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile purchase ledger statements
  • Accessing databases to obtain information for the department,
  • Liaise with staff in other departments
  • Produce and maintain excel spreadsheets when required by colleagues
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by the Finance Admin Manager

Finance Admin Requirements:

  • Able to organise and prioritise work/tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well developed, client facing skills with a client orientated approach
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytically skills
  • Willing to lead by example and work with own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage and respond positively to change
  • Be able to work and compile data and reports
  • Be alert to changing situations, show flexibility in approach, adaptability in difficult circumstances and continuously strive to achieve a result
  • Flexible with working hours
