We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to help us in our overall marketing and operations efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of strategic GTM plans for annectos’s clients to ensure perfect program execution & delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and sales & distribution challenges in India, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to our customers.

To be successful in this role you will have superior communication, presentation and organisational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

Role & Responsibilities: 

Developing technical solutions our client’s business problems, or to advance a company’s sales efforts by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. Managing requirements at the project level and help fulfill business needs.

• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis
• As-Is scenario – to be scenario
• Gap Analysis
• Defining scope

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
• Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
• Elaborate the Details of the Project
• Maintenance of System, process and Operations
• Functional Requirements (What the project should do) and Non-Functional Requirements (how   the project should work.)

Qualification and Skills Required  

• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical background
• Advanced Excel skills
• CIMA – Qualified
• Must be proactive and adaptive to change. 
• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Preferably exposure to trade marketing, channel & distribution roles
