The purpose of the roles is to drive and support the financial and operational performance of the business by analysing and challenging current performance across all areas of accountability. Responsibilities:
Critically review performance of relevant KPIs and communicate these in a structured manner to key audience Identify and analyse deviations, proposing corrective measures Develop and implement controlling analysis in order to monitor and improve profitability Ensure clear presentation of data and information to Finance and non-Finance functions to enable people to make informed business decisions Critically review and feedback on Commercial actions to ensure that actions are geared towards generating positive EBITDA (not only sales OR margin) Identify 'Best practices' and share across different to drive Global performance improvements Support Development of system-based solutions for reporting / analysis purposes Coordinate tasks, processes and actions with Headquarter departments: Business Analysis, Commercial Reporting, Group Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain Undertake ad-hoc projects and support business development Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures for the Commercial Control CommunityCandidate Required: Strong commercial finance analysis experience Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Experience of business partner senior stakeholders Strong experience in Excel Demonstrate individual value-adding approach, taking ownership as needed Able to prioritize and deliver results within short timeframes Ability to design and implement creative solutionsBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
