The Job Role We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy Finance team based at our office in Long Hanborough . Reporting to our Financial Accountant you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the effective and professional credit control system for the company. Duties include: Collecting outstanding payments Raising invoices Processing credit notes Processing customer refunds Setting up new accounts Managing customer inbox Provide weekly cash flow forecasts Reporting on aged debts Work with the business to resolve customer queries in an effective and timely manner Month end tasks, including closing the sales ledger The Person The successful candidate will: Have previous experience in credit control Have excellent communication skills written and verbal Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Have strong attention to detail This is a great time to be joining NSF and we look forward to hearing from you
