THE COMPANY: This business is a very successful, fast paced and fast growing FMCG business based in East Leeds. The company have been established for just over 15 years, and work in partnership with some of the biggest retailers in the UK. THE JOB: This role is a 3 month fixed term contract, that will work as part of a small finance team and directly support the Financial Controller. The key duties of this role will include: Management Account preparation Processing of direct debits and allocation of such to accounts. Review and processing of employee expense claims. Review and management of stock adjustments. Raising credits. Aiding the credit control team by allocating cash, resolving customer queries and raising credit notes. Assisting in the maintenance of multi-currency cash books, including bank reconciliations, processing daily transactions on the cash management module. Assisting the finance team with monthly accounting, cash reporting as well as other ad hoc requirements. Contribution to the development, implementation and review of procedures to maintain financial records.
