Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be part of the Corporate and Private Clients team. Responsibilities; Support and develop team members of the team Assisting manager with team coordination matter Acting as client's main point of contact, assisting team's manager to handle clients' requests / queries appropriately, keeping clients regularly informed of transactions and activities Arranging and attending board and shareholders meetings, including preparation of board pack and draft of minutes Daily running and administration of a portfolio of UK structures of global clients Liaising with accountants and auditors for preparation of management and statutory accounts Liaising with tax advisors and ensuring companies have all tax filings in order Relevant Experience; Experience managing teams Account management experience Substantial work experience in client relations (private and/or corporate) and in key account management, would be preferred Experience in working with different jurisdictions and dealing with external service providers, professional and third parties from different countries Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts and of the corporate service provider/fiduciary industry at large Good understanding of corporate governance Good understanding of cross-border dynamics affecting clients operating over several jurisdictions at the time Educated to degree standard and/or a substantial work experience in client relations (corporate) ICSA qualification desirable
