Administration Assistant £17,000 - £20,000 Manchester City Centre A professional services business in Manchester City Centre are recruiting for an Administrator to support the Finance department, including the Finance Director with all administrative responsibilities. This is the largest, most respected firm of Solicitors in their sector and they are expanding again for the third time this year. Their consistent success comes from the management function and how well they treat their staff plus the service that all staff provide their clients - this is why they are now marketing leaders and award winners. This is a fantastic opportunity giving you development routes to study qualifications, progress through further training and become more senior within the company. Your role will include a support to a team of 6 staff, including: Completing standard bank forms including new clients and new starters in the business Sending standard letters to third parties Maintaining Excel spreadsheets Sorting and filing monthly bank statements of our clients Recording regular bank transactions on to the in house system Archiving and closing files They are offering a brilliant package including a competitive salary, life insurance, pension scheme & 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
