Financial Controller £50k Based in Dartford My client has an immediate requirement for a Financial Controller to join an expanding company. Applications will be fully qualified and proficient in Sage line 50. Duties include: Prepare and review monthly P & L and Balance Sheets - ensure all nominal codes are correct. Make Journal adjustments where required Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and update inc Fixed assets, debtors reconciliation, prepayments, creditors reconciliation, PAYE/NI to HMRC and wage control account Quarterly VAT returns Update HP and Finance Lease payments and post interest on Sage line 50 Deal with Lloyds Factoring - inc Monthly client statement reconciliations, debtors etc Daily Bank reconciliations Oversee weekly Payroll - inc Pension admin, payroll rec's in Sage and payroll journals Oversee credit card receipts and post to Sage Match invoices to Po's Reconcile supplier account to Supplier statement Help chase debtors Prepare supplier payments Management of staff members Reconcile Petty cash and post onto Sage If you are qualified and looking for a hands on role then I would love to hear from you
