Handle Recruitment are working alongside a leading production business to recruit an experienced Production Finance Assistant, ideally with payroll experience. We are looking for someone proactive and self motivated with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to); Assisting with inputting supplier invoices onto finance system Processing expenses for production staff Assisting with supplier queries Oversee production payroll function for two payrolls including preparing all documents Liaising with payroll company Liaising with pension suppliers Providing overall support to the production accountants Necessary skills/ experience: Production finance experience within the Film/ TV industry Experience in payroll processing Experience in a fast paced accounts role essential Experience dealing with high volumes of multi currency invoices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
