We have an immediate requirement for an interim International Tax Manager, minimum duration 8 months. Reporting into the International Tax Director of a FTSE 10 business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful, market leading, global business. Scope: You will be working with one of the International Tax Directors to support on, manage and implement a number of restructuring projects and other ad-hoc projects including but not limited to: Restructuring and legal integrations in France, Belgium and Netherlands (and possibly other jurisdictions) Cash repatriation SPF analyses and HMRC correspondence Restructuring of financing activities Potential Joint Venture structuring Entity elimination This will include: Working with both internal departments and external tax advisers to ensure all aspects of the proposed transactions are understood, issues are identified, and solutions found Project managing other internal team members to deliver on the project plan Ensuring any implementation is within deadline, complete, accurate and thorough and any immediate follow up post-implementation work is done including ensuring all opinions, memos, rulings, elections, filings are prepared, reviewed and finalised on a timely basis Providing general day to day support to the International Tax Director Personal characteristics: Strong, entrepreneurial background Ability to work in a constant, ever changing complex matrix organisation Ability to work in a very demanding organization If this role is of interest, please apply immediately.
