Accounts Assistant | Live Music Events Business | East London Harmonic are proud to be working exclusively with one of the biggest event agency groups in the UK. Across the entire group they have a turnover of circa £45 million, and work with some of the best and coolest venues to put on events and exhibitions. They have continually expanded and are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to work on two of their biggest accounts. The company is based in East London, with a couple of other offices based around London. There is parking available on site. You'll be working with a friendly team of around 6 people. They are looking for a hard-working, experienced individual who is able to accurately carry out several bookkeeping duties for the business. The Role: Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will be performing a wide variety of tasks, ranging form processing invoices to assisting with monthly management accounts. It is a broad role, but the company are willing to provide any on-site training that is required. Study support for AAT is also possible if it's desired. Duties: Your duties will include but not be limited to: Processing invoices and credit cards Performing bank reconciliations Assisting with Monthly management accounts Helping with Balance Sheet reconciliations Any other ad-hoc tasks What we need to see (essential): At least three years in a similar finance role Good written and verbal communication skills Strong excel skills What we'd like to see (bonus): Experience working in the events industry
