Accounts Assistant - 3/6 month temporary role - Reading - £13 - £16 per hour My client requires an Accounts Assistant for a period of 3 months. The role has a great chance of going permanent for the right candidate. Key Duties: Daily bank reconciliations including the timely resolution of un-matched items Obtain appropriate sign off, of all invoices and allocate correctly within the accounting system Calculating and generating pay-outs on a daily basis Carrying out checks on data to ensure its integrity Posting accruals, prepayments and month end journals Balance sheet reconciliations Processing invoices Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial reports, including the monthly trail balance Ad hoc finance duties Accounts Assistant - 3/6 month temporary role - Reading - £13 - £16 per hour Applications are encouraged from all candidates meeting or exceeding the minimum criteria for the role regardless of age, disability, gender, orientation, race, religion or ethnicity.
