Responsibilities:
Oversee financial due diligence report preparation and DD requests. Act as a trusted advisor to the Directors undertaking ad-hoc projects as required. Establish dashboards and business intelligence tools that have the power to develop deep understandings of business operations and drive improved performance. Recruit, retain and attract finance staff to the business. Manage the Group's legal position, ensuring compliance for commercial contracts and liaison with 3rd party legal firms. Putting together a best in class controls framework for financial and contractual management. Responsible for the efficient financial operations of the group, operating across multiple business lines. Management of the Group's budget and financial forecasts, including the timely preparation of management and statutory accounts under IFRS. Direct involvement on transaction and corporate development related activities Participate in key business decision making by contributing commercial experience, analytical skills and other support. Preparation of top-class investor and stakeholder communications. Implementation of a market-leading data strategy to ensure that the Group maximises its financial and non-financial KPIs, transforming data into meaningful decision-making Finance Director Key Skills: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is currently a Financial Controller /FD/CFO. Commercially focussed with a genuine interest in the sector. Knowledge of current accounting standards, experience with the preparation of statutory financial statements under IFRS. Clear communicator, very strong written communication skills. Comfortable operating in high-speed, and pressured working environments.
