Our client is an innovative, multi-award-winning, design-led company. Founded in 2006, they have quickly grown into a global brand, recognised in more than 60 countries. They are looking for someone to control and manage their accounting function. Duties to include:
• Input of purchase invoices to Sage 200, make and match payments on the purchase ledger.
• Reconcile the purchase ledger each month to statements and check there are no missing invoices.
• Import Sales Invoices & Credit notes
• Post bank receipts.
• Post bank payments.
• Reconcile daily each of the 4 bank accounts, GBP, Euro and USD x2
• Post receipts from Sage pay and PayPal
• Reconcile monthly the 3 PayPal Accounts GBP, Euro and USD
• Post and reconcile the credit card statements, this includes chasing any missing receipts/invoices.
• Monthly Payroll
• EC Vat list monthly
• Quarterly VAT Return
• Credit Control Qualifications:
• Preferably AAT member bookkeeper or similar professional body. Knowledge of Sage 200 required.
