West End - Soho DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Reconcile all bank accounts; these should be done as a minimum on a weekly basis Assist with month end tasks as and when required. Ensure swift processing of all purchase invoices making sure the approval process has been followed. Liaising with clients/contacts to ensure the prompt payment of outstanding invoices. Processing of cash receipts across all bank accounts and prompt allocation of received funds. Regular reporting on aged debt to Finance Director.
