Play a key role in our dynamic Commodities and Global Markets Specialised Asset Finance's Ship Finance & Export Credit Agency team and take your career to the next level. You will join our London based business as a Senior Manager/Associate Director and will be primarily involved in structuring, executing and distributing new transactions for our global clientele. The transactions would include: ECA financing, trade finance receivables discounting, structured corporate financing in Shipping and Aviation and Project Finance. You will work with the team to identify opportunities, approach clients, run detailed analysis on transactions, introduce ECAs to transactions, prepare credit assessments, manage the approval process and distribution to banks and institutional investors. You will have demonstrated experience in a corporate finance role in a regulated bank or financial services company or experience within either a management consulting, private equity or corporate advisory environment. You will be highly numerate with strong financial modelling and analytical skills along with having client-facing experience, originating and executing profitable business opportunities. Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in either ECA financing, Shipping, project finance, trade finance or debt distribution.
