We are looking to secure an experienced Bookkeeper for a luxury fashion brand based in Central London. Reporting into the Financial Controller your role will be to manage invoicing, debt collection, and sales and credit ledger, as well as liaising with an external Accountant. Our client sells retail, wholesale and online. Fashion experience is essential. AAT qualified or qualified by experience with at least three years of relevant experience within retail/fashion/luxury space - Has experience of VAT in the retail and Ecommerce sectors - Can proactively prioritise their own work as this role deals with a high volume of information Has integrity, discretion and the ability to deal with confidential information Has excellent administration and communication skills (both written and verbal with attention to detail) Is tactful, diplomatic and approachable, with the ability to deal assertively with a wide range of people Has excellent IT skills, a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using accounting software (Xero, Shopify and Zedonk advantageous) Is flexible and willing to learn Enjoys working on their own or as part of a wider team, being a team player is key This organisation is actively growing, this is a great opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career.
