The company: Highams Recruitment are a specialist recruitment consultancy, working within the Insurance, Life and Pensions and Wealth Management sectors. We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our Finance team based in Whyteleafe starting ASAP to provide 12 months maternity cover. The role: Raise sales invoices using data from weekly timesheets Weekly contractor bacs payment run Sales and margin reporting Client payment allocation Weekly bank reconciliation Sales ledger and credit control Review and authorise monthly staff expenses Prepayments Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant Strong double-entry book-keeping skills High attention to detail Strong Excel skills Team Player, who can work on their own initiative What we Offer: Parking on site Free Breakfast Pension 23 days annual leave 3 days when the office is closed for Christmas / New Year
