Finance Business Partner - Burton - £35,000 - £45,000 Chase & Holland have an exciting role for a Finance Business Partner role to join a well-known manufacturing company on the outskirts of South Derby to support the ambitious growth plans of the business. As the Finance Business Partner, you will need to be a qualified or close to qualifying accountant. Someone who is self-motivated and determined to drive a business forward as well as good experience within a Manufacturing environment. You will also have an interest in the analytical side of accounts and be able to add value in a commercial sense. You will benefit from working in a fast-moving environment, working closely with the finance department to carry out day to day accountancy functions. As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide high quality advice and not be afraid to challenge the management team, to support decisions to be made with supported financial analysis. The Finance Business Partner Duties will include: Providing financial analysis to the management team Carrying out commercial / operations margin analysis to guide & influence business decisions Create weekly dashboards and commentary Supporting the commercial / operations finance team and wider business with key projects Own budget and forecast inputs Cash flow forecast and monitoring Month end balance sheet recs and month end close Take the lead on various business projects Daily reporting to the management team Analysis of variances Continuous Improvement to business processes Be a Trusted Business Partner to the company Travel to different sites in the business This person will need to have a hunger to drive the business forward and make a real difference in the business. As part of this role you will need to travel between the sites so someone who can stay overnight when needed will be best suited. Previous experience of using Navision would also be beneficial but this is not essential.
