We are currently seeking a payroll to adopt the responsibility of the accurate and timely processing of three payrolls. Administration of the company pension scheme, and to provide general accounting support. Key Responsibilities and Duties include: Processing of the monthly payroll for three business units using Sage 50 Payroll. Preparation of P60 forms and submission of annual P35 Return. Administration of the company pension scheme. Preparation and posting to Sage 200 of the apprenticeship levy journal. Preparation of monthly salary reports by Department (Medical, Retail and any additional as requested). Providing ad-hoc payroll information to HR, CFO, DCFO & Finance Manager as required. Processing of internal sales recharges from the Retail Department ensuring that all charges are processed on-time and following up on incomplete/unauthorised recharge forms. Management and control of kit supplier statements and payments. Preparation & posting to Sage 200 of the monthly retail sales/cost of sales journal. Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for payroll and retail related accounts.Requirements: Proven track record of running a busy payroll in a standalone role using Sage50 payroll, and pension knowledge are essential. Experience of Sage 50 payroll and knowledge of a company pension scheme is essential. Sage200 ledgers or a similar Sage package would be ideal, although not essential. Intermediate IT skills including MS Excel and Word. Highly motivated individual who can work alone and as part of a busy team.(phone number removed)CH INDPAY
