A new opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller has arisen at a UK wide independent growing business in Sheffield. This Credit Controller position will be joining a small team so needs to work well in this type of environment and be "hands on" The Job This job will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for chasing the outstanding debts for the company. Dealing with all aspects of credit control including managing 600 live accounts - high volume/low value Set-up and maintenance of customer accounts Cash collection via telephone, email and letter Managing aged debt and KPI reporting Creating appropriate transactions (payments, credits, invoices) Query resolution General ledger management Process improvement Managing relationships with stakeholders Cash allocation The Person Experienced Credit Controller who has an agile approach to work and is a sharp thinker.
