Key responsibilities
• Due Diligence o Creation /update of operational or financial analysis summary schedules for data room or reporting purposes through Word, Excel or Power point with minimal supervision. o Assist with managing significant numbers of individual unit disposals via auction houses and estate agents. o Responsible for structuring and populating virtual data rooms for multiple disposal transactions (simultaneously).
• Board and senior management reporting o Coordinate preparation of board or internal transaction reports inclusive of the provision of data and commentary where necessary. o Updating regular detailed transaction summaries (per disposal transaction) of performance against KPI targets (planned v actual). For example (but not limited to) MS Project tasks, timelines, budgets and key risk plans.
• External advisors o Key liaison with and management of external advisors.
• Processes and policies o Ensure disposal processes are reviewed and improved periodically.
• Ad-hoc o Flexibility to provide ad-hoc analysis support to the Head of Asset Disposals as required. Initial priorities o Sole responsibility for updating and improving excel databases. o To continue to develop and implement process and reporting improvements to generate productivity savings. o Lead the development of data rooms on multiple simultaneous transactions. o Pro-actively populate data rooms on schedule and to the high standard required. o Support the development of timelines for multiple asset disposals transactions. Experience and pre-qualification criteria o Experience of project analyst /project support roles on disposal transactions (Housing Association or 'for-profit' commercial sectors or equivalent) o Expert use of Excel, MS-Project, Word, Power point (training course certificates would be advantageous) o Analysis experience: creation and accurate population of multiple operational and financial summary schedules. o Transaction data rooms: experience of data room creation, experience of co-ordination of logistics of sourcing and storing large volumes of documents from diverse sources. o Highly developed influencing and communication skills (both verbal and written). o High level of attention to detail and accuracy. o Plan and deliver tasks with minimal supervision. o Pro-actively highlight risks and propose solutions to task delivery barriers. o Educated to degree level or equivalent
