Senior Executive Assistant to CEO

Competitive Benefits This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a highly professional and experienced EA to join a fast-developing Consultancy based in Cambridge. Providing comprehensive EA and Office Management support to the CEO, Board of Directors and Shareholders of the group this is a fast-paced position in which you must have an exceptional eye for detail in order to keep one step ahead of your peers. You must be used to last minute alterations and prioritising an ever-changing workload in a pressurised and corporate environment. You will have proven experience of managing confidential information, inboxes, booking complex travel itineraries, diary management and supporting with various operational related projects at a senior level. Alongside your EA duties you will also fulfil the position of Office Manager where you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Cambridge office including dealing with office contracts, IT support, marketing support, company secretarial duties and facilities. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with a number of exciting projects as the most senior member of the support team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly personable and professional EA with at least 5 years' experience, ideally within financial or professional services, to join a company focussed on partnership, innovation and integrity.
