Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their friendly team. They are well established profitable Caravanning specialist. They are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Accounts Manager to work out of their Burscough / Ormskirk office. Being part of a small team you will be integral to our business and trusted with responsibility from day one. Key

Responsibilities:
Office Duties Answering telephone calls and trouble-shooting Strong verbal and written communications skills Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail Manage and prioritise a multiple email accountsAccounts Role Strong experience in the following: Credit Control Purchase & Sales Ledger Balance Sheet reconciliations including Bank & similar control accounts Journals including Inter-company transactions VAT Returns Account problem solving & solution finding Payroll and pensionsSkills Required Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) CRM software e.g. Salesforce Navigate DMS based accounts software knowledgeWe are looking for someone who is Good team player Can think on their feet Good organisation skills Excellent telephone mannerIf you like the sound of this and are interested in finding out more, we would love to hear from you.
