• Lead the bookkeeping team to ensure the best results for clients
• Oversea workflow and work in progress
• Mentor and support junior members of the team
• Bookkeeping and management accounting for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Working with clients to bring them across to Xero in time for MTD implementation
• Xero support, training and migration
• Liaising with clients, Companies House and other third parties The Candidate:
• Well rounded, competent Senior Bookkeeper
• Used to working with a mixed client portfolio
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Confident software user with experience of cloud accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks Online
