My client is an expanding company with a great reputation and really strong client base. The financial controller is looking for a bright person with recent practical accountancy experience to join her team and to take on responsibility for a section of the sales ledger. Your key duties will be: Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for management reports. Processing invoices and payments. Dealing with customer queries and investigating/resolving issues as they arise. Issuing beautifully-presented emails. The role will suit a very numerate accounts assistant who has at least three years' recent experience in sales and/or purchase ledger and has intermediate or advanced level Excel skills. Hours are 35 per week.
