Ruby Group are recruiting for a newly created permanent Senior Management Accountant to work within a FTSE listed global Real Estate firm based in Central London. This is an excellent place to work with a high level of staff retention. On top your basic there will be a discretionary annual bonus as well as healthcare and good benefits. You will be responsible for all costs within a large division of the business, ensuring they are budgeted for and charged out correctly, along with the production of monthly and statutory accounts. More specifically: Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts to a strict timetable Budgeting and forecasting Costs attribution with monthly departmental review and query resolution and with reporting Managing the assistant & junior accountant and providing guidance and assistance where necessary Carrying out the appraisals for the assistant & junior accountant Production and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts with quarterly VAT returns Liaising with auditors The ideal Senior Management Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills: Finalist or Newly Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Management Accounts background essential Experience of SAP preferential but not essential Good excel skills needed Experience of regular communication with all levels of a large complex organisation Management experience essential This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join a stable, well known global business with progression prospects and career development opportunities.
