SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Role based in Ilkeston on a temporary ongoing basis which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Working in recently refurbished office and reporting to the Credit Manager, you wlil be responsible for: - Collections of outstanding payment and debt - Working alongside the disputes team to resolve any problems issuing payment - Sending manual statements - Inbound and outbound calls - to and from internal and external customers - Creating customer accounts - Cash allocation - Raising credit notes - Setting up customer direct debits - Taking credit / debit card payments from customers - Sending copy invoices via email, post and fax You will have previous experience working in Credit Control position and will be a dedicated candidate capable of exceeding KPI's with an excellent work ethic. You will have an excellent telephone manner and strong written skills in addition to being a team player with strong IT skills. This is a full time ongoing temporary position working 9am - 5pm which may become a permanent role for the right candidate, you will benefit from a fantastic team environment and free onsite parking.
