To produce monthly management accounts using information on the database and other sources so that the owners have a full assessment of the Company s financial performance. To assist with annual and statutory accounts using information on the database and other sources, to meet UK legal requirements. To have line management responsibility for all employees in the financial team and ensure they carry out their work in the prescribed manner, responsible for personal development and training of all members of the team, overcoming any personal or performance issues as and when they arise.
