Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole traders Accounts & Audit Senior Ashby de la Zouch Circa £30,000 - £36,000 (Dependent on Experience) Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a well-regarded and prominent firm of chartered accountants who are seeking to add an Accounts & Audit Senior to the team in their Ashby de la Zouch office. This well renowned and highly progressive firm of accountants are now looking to add an ambitious individual who is keen to progress their career with a thriving and forward-thinking firm. As an Accounts & Audit Senior you will undertake a varied role in which you will gain exposure to a wide range of clients from a variety of business sectors. The role will include the preparation and review of accounts and tax compliance work as well as leading audit assignments from the initial planning stage through to completion. The overall workload will be evenly balanced between the audit and accounts aspects of the role. The role will be client facing and you will be responsible for the supervision of junior staff, assisting in their development and providing support as necessary. The ideal candidate will be ACCA / ACA Qualified or at the final stages of their studies and will have recent experience of undertaking a mixed audit and accounts position. Responsibilities:
