Adecco City are excited to be launching a new campaign for Junior Accountan Our client is a high-end fashion retailer that opened a UK Office approx. 2 years ago. They are now looking to hire a junior accountant, with 1-3 years- experience. This person will work will work directly and report into the senior accountant. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Bookkeeping (payables, receivables, cashbook Analytical accountancy, Bank reconciliation, Creditors/Debtors reports' follow-up, Payment of suppliers in due date, Interface with the suppliers, Prepayments, Ideal candidate and personal qualities: The ideal candidate should possess a university degree preferably in Accounting and Finance (or be in the process of acquiring their ACCA or similar). The self-motivated candidate must have up to 2 years of relevant work experience in the fields of accounting and company administration services along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Ideally, your first experience is in the retail industry. You have team spirit, you are dynamic and proactive candidate and are bilingual English-French. (French is a strong assets).
