We have an excellent opportunity to recruit a part-qualified accountant to join our team as a Finance Analyst based out of our P&H Head Office in Crick. This is an important role within the within Financial Planning and Control team which will provide support to the financial reporting, controls and processes, tax and treasury functions as required. Your key accountabilities will include: Supporting the Central Finance Manager and Central Financial Reporting Accountant with the preparation of the monthly consolidation and the internal and external financial reporting for the Plumbing & Heating businesses. Preparation of month end journals, control sheets and checking the completeness of ledger/consolidation. Review balance sheet reconciliations, improve the quality of the control accounts and take ownership of the intercompany matrix. Supporting the Central Controls and Processes Manager with the documentation of key financial and business controls and reviews of the processes in place. Supporting the Tax and Treasury Manager with the processing of day to day treasury operations and data assimilation for the preparation of direct and indirect tax returns. Preparation of non-financial industry external reporting in line with applicable regulations. Provide support to Central Finance Manager and Central Financial Reporting Accountant by preparing audit deliverables for the external audit team during the year. Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required. As a Finance Analyst you will be a part qualified candidate having demonstrated career progression and breadth of experience in your career to date.
