• Partner with Senior VP's and lead on long term pay strategy
• Lead risk management strategies
• Take a lead on affordability and reinvestment strategies
• Strategic initiatives on new exciting projects
• Hold quarterly business presentations
• Ensure robust process for business case appraisals
• Support annual financial planning process
• Lead and develop a (growing) team of 2 qualified accountants Key requirements:
• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Commercial finance experience within industry
• Ideally line management experience
