Budget Controller: Advertising Agency A leading Advertising Agency working with a major client is looking for a Budget Controller to join them, this will be a very busy and varied role with growth potential. You'll be working for a forward-thinking, innovative agency based in iconic central London offices. This is a long-term contract role ideal for someone to prove themselves and become a real asset to the team. Budget Controller: The Role Liaising with Billing Managers reviewing billing and revenue Liaison and monthly WIP meetings with account teams Cost, forecast and actuals updates to clients Project fee and travel expense invoicing Ad hoc tasks when required, working closely with and supporting the rest of the billing team Budget Controller: The Person Must have prior experience in a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant/Billing role Experience within Advertising is beneficial Experience with Maconomy is beneficial Ideally immediately available or on short notice Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web-based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
