You will have the insight to spot the unknowns and make sound judgements, flexing your approach to suit the circumstances. We want you to be a credible influencer, with proven capability of translating business and people strategies into operational plans. You will be a key partner to our business managers delivering organisational change and using multiple data sources, knowledge and experience to propose pragmatic and sound solutions. Balancing a strategic outlook with an exceptional eye for detail, you will have a high quality threshold. You will be familiar with workforce planning methodologies and job design to support Heads of Functions with the development of their people strategies through to implementation. Able to deliver across a broad range of HR and regulatory aspects, you will be a collaborator, helping us to build diverse teams that bring together people of broadest personal experience and backgrounds.
