To accurately deliver the Partner Revenue month end and quarterly results. The key responsibilities are as follows; Accounting and Control Preparation and posting of month end journals ensuring accuracy and conformity to accounting standards. Review contents of balance sheet accounts in a timely manner with supporting schedules. Review of airport sales in order to accurately calculate and accrue commission due to airport, including a detailed analysis to support variances to plan Partner Reconciliations Carry out Partner reconciliations in an accurate and auditable manner Prepare manual payments due to partners on a weekly or monthly basis Ensure that any queries or deductions resulting from reconciliations are dealt with in a timely manner. FP&A Provide assistance and financial insight to the Ancillary Team during project implementations to ensure they are delivered on time .Ensure accuracy and transparency for Ancillary Team, providing support and analysis to ensure that they understand their accounts effectively and forecast accurately Innovation and Change Provide support to the project team in the delivery of the Revera finance system to ensure a seamless implementation Play key role in the integration of finance processes falling outside Revera once the system is implemented Continuous improvement and streamlining of current processes within revenue accounts e.g. Routing, Post back process Support to Finance Manager and Commercial Team Provide support when required to the wider Commercial Finance Team Provide project support to the Ancillary Team as required. Working with Finance Manager to control variable commercial costs, understand any deviation to plan and ensuring and risks and opportunities are transparent Support to Finance manager in the annual budget and 5year Planning processes The successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences; A professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA (Part Qualified) Ability to find problems and provide proposals for change From a lot of detail be able to Identify and present key issues Pro-active and enquiring mind-set Able to coherently communicate and explain complicated financial matters to both finance and non-finance contacts within a European business, to achieve results Manage own time across variety of tasks and projects to deliver to deadlines Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills - including extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Strong academic record LI - NR1
