Robert Half Finance & Accounting are searching for a high calibre Billings officer to play an integral role in the team by combining financial expertise and analytical capabilities. Role The Billings Officer role will include the following duties: To ensure that accounts are billed accurately in a timely manner in line within the department targets and billing agreements, Process and check for accuracy and make adjustments to bills to clear queries, Liaising with colleagues and customers on all levels, sometimes regarding complex and sensitive and contentious financial issues. This can be both internal and external customers Attend quarterly Credit Control Meetings and provide advice and support to other departments on the Billing process Profile You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will liaise with various teams and services across and outside the organisation, it is also imperative that you possess a strong understanding of billing processes, procedures and systems in order to provide accurate and informative advice and support.
