Job Details

At Britvic, we’re on a journey to become the most dynamic, creative an trusted drinks company in the world.

As one of the UK’s leading players in the FMCG market, we pride ourselves on setting high standards, being courageous and pushing ourselves to think outside of the bottle.

In the UK we have 3 factories, 3 office locations and a national distribution centre supporting over 1,800 team members.

You might know us via our family favourite brands including Robinsons, J2O, Purdeys and Fruit Shoot - a staggering 3.7 million glasses of Robinsons are drunk every day in Britain! We also have exclusive agreements to make, distribute and market global brands on behalf of Pepsico including Pepsi, Pepsi MAX, Gatorade and 7UP.

Our Finance Graduate Programme is a 3-year programme, (split across our Hemel Hempstead and Solihull centres - TBC) starting in our Financial Shared Service team supporting either our Accounts Payable or Receivable function. Over the 3 years, we promise to give the successful Finance Graduate access to at least 3 different areas of our finance business be that Commercial, Audit and Risk, Financial Control, Supply Chain or Financial Planning and Analysis.

As a Finance Graduate, you may be actively taking a role in the decision making, commercial development or strategy and planning. Our aim is to give you insight into how we run the business and act with pace, courage and ownership - all whilst teaching you the key skills required to forge a successful career in finance.

Some of the key responsibilities we may ask you to undertake include:

  • Demonstrating your customer service skills by managing our internal and external customers competently.
  • Using Microsoft products to produce reports, spot errors and issues and competently raise them in the correct way.
  • Presenting via Powerpoint to key business stakeholders on trends and your recommendations for next steps.

Some of the criteria we ask of you to become a successful Finance Graduate at Britvic:

  • To be eligible you must have a minimum 2:1 degree. It can be across any discipline but you must be able to demonstrate clear motives for a career in Finance.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ideally you will have 6-12 months finance experience, which doesn’t have to be within an FMCG.

We act with pace and really own our decisions, so we will be looking for a Finance Graduate who is looking to make an impact, learn and be challenged and demonstrate drive, ambition, passion and spark.

In return, we promise to inspire and support you to achieve your full potential as a salaried member of our team.

Closing date for applications: Monday 15th February 2021
