Finance Manager (Finalist or Newly Qualified) - Tech Start-Up - VC Backed The Client Harmonic are working with a Technology scale-up who are about to start their expansion into Europe having raised £15m in a Series C round. They are looking to accelerate their growth with the launch of several disruptive product lines. The Role The Finance Manager will work with the Group Financial Controller and new CFO with responsibility geared around building out Financial Reporting and Business Partnering processes as well as a small team. This is an opportunity to progress incredibly quickly as the business grows. The role: Build out and improve month-end processes Manage the production of monthly management accounts Manage the production of insightful financial analysis Produce financial plans, improved forecasts and variance analysis Partner with multiple stakeholders providing decision support (and budget control) particularly with marketing teams Manage 1 Finance Assistant who is responsible for AP and AR Support the Group FC and CFO with ad-hoc projects including expansion strategies into European markets Required Experience: Keen to work in a fast-paced scale-up Excellent communicator Ambitious and progressed quickly in your career to date Excited by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Highly intelligent and adaptable Excellent Communication Skills Confident Engaging with multiple Non-Finance Stakeholders Preferred Backgrounds/ experience: Part Qualified (Finalist) or Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Offered Package: £45,000 - £55,000 Start Date ASAP (can wait 3 months) Please get in touch at or give me a call on .
