Butler Rose is working with a well established business in Taunton to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. In the role you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and financial performance of your business area. You will partner with senior management and be involved in developing and delivering strategic business plans. This role will require regular travel. Key duties will include: Full responsibility of financial reporting for your business area Build and maintain stakeholder relationships Provide business insight and partnering to relevant senior management Produce budgets and forecasts Provide detailed analysis on financial performance Identify areas of improvement within the financial reporting Drive business initiatives The successful candidate will be formally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who is able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent systems skills including MS Excel and be comfortable working in a large complex business.
