The Management Accountant is a high profile roles with a high level of responsibility and exposure to senior management within the organisation. The Job Production of monthly management accounts and board reporting pack Responsible for accuracy of all entries affecting ledgers Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Experience of working within a large, fast paced organisation Cashflow reporting and monitoring of bank balances Assistance with year end statutory reporting packs and dealing with auditor queries Working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy of details in P&L Confident in challenging senior management Sales & Margin analysis reporting Salary variance analysis VAT return/ Intrastat reporting The Person Qualifed or qualified by experience Accountant with strong knowledge of preparing multiple sets of management accounts Excellent advanced excel skills, including good knowledge of using pivot table, lookups, sumifs Strong technical accounting understanding Attention to detail, accuracy Dynamic, proactive attitude and a desire to improve working practices Professional and mature manner Flexible, team-based approach to their job Excellent communication skills The Benefits Supportive and dynamic line manager, 25 days holiday, parking and pension
