Accounts Receivable Assistant Are you looking for your next step in your accounts career? diamondlogistics an award winning SME business based in Guildford are looking for a experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant. The business has over 15 service centres and are entering into an exciting growth period. This is a really fantastic chance to gain more experience, with the ability to develop yourself and build your career further in a fun, fast paced and exciting environment. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Credit Control including calls, following the chase cycle including using Credit Hound to send out chase letters, responding to queries and putting accounts on stop. Network and customer queries resolution Setup new DD mandates Produce Direct Debit batches Invoicing Daily banking to include allocation of receipts Produce weekly aged debt reports with management commentary About you: Our ideal candidate will be minimum AAT qualified (or equivalent), experienced in working within a fast paced SME. You will be passionate about customer service, a team player who thrives under pressure with excellent communication skills, a self-starter with a desire to pursue continuous improvement. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage 200 accounting software experience is highly advantageous.
