Robert Walters: Financial Accountant I am currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis within the South Birmingham area for a reputable business with a known global brand, the salary for this position is up to £40,000 - £55,000 per annum. Please note: It is essential that the candidates for this position have used SAP previously and are, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE candidates will be considered for this opportunity
Salary:
Up to £40,000 to £55,000 per annum Essential Requirements of Financial Accountant: SAP experience is absolutely essential for this position To be able to process high volumes of manual data Experienced in rebates Continuously suggested process improvements Worked on intercompany accounts previously Dealt with statutory accounting requirements Process VAT information Handled all required consolidations and associated reporting Deal with Financial Account reporting at Month End and Year End Providing a support service by working with the operational management team to help make financial decisions Handled a high volume of reconciliations Advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions Liaising with other operational managers to put the finances and accounts in context The ideal candidate for this position will be personable, have a strong commercial acumen and advanced Excel skills.
