Assistant Framework Manager £25,000 per annum We are recruiting for a Framework Assistant Manager for our client in Aylesford who work heavily with the public sector within procurement These roles come as a result of growth within the company and it's a very exciting time to become a part of the team You will work within the heart of their friendly Professional Services department and you will support the Framework Managers by taking responsibility for the contract management and administrative tasks of selected frameworks within their portfolio. You will be happy researching the internet and checking lengthy documents for tender and involves assisting the Framework Managers in all aspects of proactive contract management of existing frameworks and in researching new opportunities. Key Duties Undertake supplier review meetings. Set agendas, take minutes and follow up actions in line with framework KPI's/SLA's. Undertake market research for new growth opportunities, analyse, document and present this to the Framework Managers and wider Professional Services team. Provide support to the team in specification writing, evaluation and framework award for a range of goods and services. Collate and analyse reports received, identifying any accuracy issues. Provide service expertise on frameworks, within your portfolio, to support customers and all areas of the team in a timely and constructive manner. Support Framework Managers in all aspects of tendering, further competitions and high value quotation exercises for both customer and supplier. Maintain strong contract management and auditability throughout the life of all individual frameworks, including supplier account management and SLA monitoring in line with agreed terms. Support Framework Managers in supplier and customer account management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier account managers within your framework portfolio. Maintain and update company IT systems, such as CRM, with accurate data entry.Skills required: Ideally you will have Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations GCSE English and maths or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and understand new technologies and markets Questioning approach to tasks Ability to manage your time effectively Ability to use own initiative Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications Excellent negotiation skills Benefits Monday-Friday working pattern. 37 hours per week Company will look to progress professional qualification or enhance your current CIPS 25 days annual leave plus concessionary day (increasing to 27 days after 4 years service) Free on site parking Staff benefits including, 4% employer company pension contribution, discounted gym membership, high street discount in shops, restaurants & cinemas.
