The company have interests in distribution, publishing and recorded music - their roster is made up of some of the biggest names in music. As the Finance Director, your role is crucial to the overall management of finance as well as providing commercial support for the company. They are based in a modern co-working space in London and are renowned for having a real 'family feel' to the working environment. The company is made up of around 50 employees and has international offices. They have very exciting plans to scale and has increasing influences in retail and technology. The Role: Reporting into the Managing Director, the business are looking for a Finance Director who would be able to continue managing the company finances through a period of growth as well as business partnering the Senior Management team. This is a hybrid role, combining both technical accounting, and a strong commercial aspect to it. They are looking for an individual able to heavily contribute to both the commercial and financial plans for the company. You will be responsible for managing a finance team of 5 people. This is ideal for a Financial Controller/FP&A to step up to a Finance Director role, or equally for an established Finance Director looking to join an established but growing business. Duties: Overall management of the Finance and Royalties functions Responsibility for the Financial Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting Cashflow Management Working alongside the Director on setting and establishing the financial and commercial plan Ensuring robust financial controls are in place Managing and developing a finance team of 5 What we need to see (essential): ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Experience working in the music industry Strong leadership and communication skills High level of commercial awareness

Salary:
