responsibilities:
Must effectively manage the work of the finance team on a day to day basis Responsible for day to day control of the general and other financial ledgers Prepare management accounts and variance analysis Prepare supporting schedules for the draft statutory accounts, audit and regulatory returns To check the monthly reconciliations and take action to solve issues To ensure that the fixed asset registers are updated and accurate To support with the preparation of the budget To support the business with financial reporting so enabling performance management and budgetary control To implement the rent increase process To reduce the number of manual interventions by correcting issues at source To support the payroll process To develop IT system capabilities to automate processes and improve reporting capacity To ensure adequate and up to date procedures are in place to support the work of the Team Finance qualified or part qualified would be advantageous but experience within the role will also be considered.
