Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Watford who, due to continued growth are seeking an ambitious Corporate or Mixed Tax Manager to join their team. This opportunity would suit a CTA or ACA qualified individual with a strong background in corporate or mixed tax who is looking for career progression with a focus on developing their advisory expertise. The successful individual will be provided with an exciting opportunity to manage their own diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients (if applicable), and will have the opportunity to develop technical experience by supporting Partners in providing advisory services on more complex tax matters such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS. You will ideally have the ability to work on a portfolio of OMB's, taking responsibility for compliance work and identifying tax planning opportunities. Understanding interaction with non-corporate taxes is an advantage. You should have strong management skills and the ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues.
