The main responsibilities are as follows: Liaise closely with Directors and Site Managers to review their budgets and go over any variances that there may be. Full responsibility for the preparation of management accounts for several areas of the organisation. Take the lead in the preparation of the company budgets and forecasts. Act as the main point of contact for all cashflow related queries throughout the organisation. Play a key role in the redevelopment of new financial systems. The successful candidate will have: At least started working towards an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.). Experience of assisting in the preparation of management accounts. Ideally experience of work working within the Housing sector, although, candidates without this are still encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.). The ambition to further their career within an exciting finance role.
