Customer Accounts Executive - Birmingham £12.45 - £15.63 - 4 months Working within a sales division this role is to deliver cash flow and maintenance forecast levels of deductions within Receivables process trade invoice for payment. Duties are to investigate and validate pricing claims within set targets, ensure audit requirements are complied with collaboration with key stakeholders and customers, validation of claims, pricing claims are paid Audit & Control, debt reviews issue resolution, resolve customer issues, debt reviews to resolution, work directly with commercial stakeholders and back office staff to resolve issues disputes quickly and engage with sales team where appropriate. Candidates will have numerical skills SAP and office applications, Power Point, a graduate or graduate calibre and can demonstrate the following skills and leadership competences drive for results, previous experience of order to cash in a FMCG environment would be a distinct advantage.
