PAYROLL SPECIALIST - MAIDENHEAD FULL TIME - £38,000 DOE Per Annum An opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing professional services company based in Maidenhead who are looking for a Payroll Specialist who can evolve with the company and in a standalone capacity facilitate the Payroll and benefits for circa 450 employees. The scope of the role is to facilitate the payroll to ensure deadlines are achieved in order for the outsourced Payroll to be actioned, please see below an overview of the day to day responsibilities. Maintaining Payroll records, ensuring monthly payrolls are processed accurately and on time for employees Send monthly payroll file in timely basis to outsourced payroll company Work closely with people team to ensure accurate data Calculating pro-rated pay for new joiners and leavers Responsibility for all pension scheme administration Ensure HMRC compliance and respond to any queries Year end reporting : P60s and P11ds, National Statistics payroll questionnaires Responsibility for administering benefits and identifying new benefits to attract new joiners Ad hoc salary and taxation advice Payroll experience is essential Computer literate including good Excel knowledge Team player - happy working within a small office with a supportive approach Able to work with remote teams along with occasional travel to London Strong administration skills combined with the ability to prioritise own workload and deliver against tight deadlines with a variable workload Huntress Search Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of 'protected characteristics' as defined under the Equality Act and other relevant UK legislation.
